I think I'm finally used to this cold.  It doesn't even bother me to head out for a run in single digit weather anymore.  Run was uneventful this evening.  I have decided I need to start going to bed earlier and getting up earlier.  This going to bed at 2 and waking up at 10 is getting old.  I'm not much for New Years Resolutions, but I'm going to start doing better with that.  School will force me to anyway.

i need to figure out how to get used to the cold. it actually seems to get more skin-stinging and hand-numbing by the day. but i guess it's all about attitude. maybe i should change mine :)

nice running this week.

I've heard that studies have been done which show that people who grow up in hot climates actually acclimatize to cold weather better than people who grow up in more temperate places. My theory is that it's because you're used to the air temperature being significantly different than your body temperature so you're used to adapting to it. I dunno though. I do dress warm...when it's below about 15 the only thing you can see of me is my eyes.
