Ahh, today was a nice run. Legs felt good and rested up. Didn't push it though. Although I did try to pick it up the last 4 miles or so. Averaged a little under 7 min. pace. I must be getting acclimated to this heat because the weather felt good today. It was "only" 95 when I started. haha. But I went out on the Bench Lake loop for 10 miles and the irrigation was going plus a slight breeze so it was actually very nice. Felt like 75 degrees. Beautiful day and beautiful run.

Hey buddy I'm back. I'll go 50 with you man. I'm ready to go. So yeah Deseret News we can all go up together if you want. I am running on the Utah High School team so I have to be there the night before. Anyway let's go running soon.

Yea that will be an ongoing thing and you can show up whenever. Yea were doing club runs on Thursdays too like 7:00 now cause of the heat, we might even move it to 8:00, ill let you know.
