Did a half mile warmup down to the track and met up with Scott Ensign and another guy...can't remember the name for some reason...I raced him at First Dam, but I'm having a brain Please follow Fast Running Blog policy regarding vulgar language ..too many oxidation state rules I guess in there so no room for names.  But we decided to do 4 mile repeats at 5:30.  The first one we went too fast on and did 5:13 and after that it really sucked because 1) I haven't done a real speed workout for months, and 2) I made the mistake of eating 2 huge bowls of cereal like 45 minutes before we started the workout, so long story short I would get about 2 laps down and then start feeling like I was gonna puke...so it turned into an 800m repeat workout after that first mile.  I was pretty consistent on them though...all between 2:40 and 2:45.  Slow, but consistent and I suppose that is to be expected for the first speed workout in so long.  2.5 mile cooldown.  going to probably hit another couple easy miles tonight if I can find the time.  Chemistry final tomorrow.

Joe, thanks for not puking on me. You should have taken chemistry 1210 from me last spring so you wouldn't have the stress this semester! Good luck on the final!

yeah, I wish I would have known! I'm not too stressed...it just takes time to go through all the material and make sure that I'm solid on it...and time is something that is in short supply these days. haha. Oh, and you're welcome for not puking on you. I still don't know why I ate that soon before running. oh well.
