Won the 1st Annual Sand Hollow Marathon in 2:41:22

Ultramarathon:  Logan Peak Trail Race 2010:  28 miles, 7261 vert. 4:23:48 (2nd Place), El Vaquero Loco 50k 2011: 6:02 (2nd Place)

My hometown is Hurricane, UT but I currently live in Logan, UT where I attend Utah State University.  I am working on a PhD in Education, with an emphasis in Technology and Engineering Education.

Say, do you need a TOU pace predictor worksheet? It tells you how fast you should go (even effort) in each mile for a certain goal. Very useful to me last year- I printed off 5 mile splits for 2:32, 2:35, and 2:40, and laminated with clear packing tape. I have the xls, if you want me to email it to you.

Is that the one Paul put together? I did find a copy of it and I've done exactly that (minus laminating it and stuff yet). I don't want to remember 26 miles of splits so I broke it up into 5 mile intervals plus splits for half, 20 miles, and the final 10k.

Yeah, that's the one I'm referring to. AdamRW put it in an xls last year, which was most handy for programming and editing purposes.
