Easy run, but legs feel trashed still.  Not so much the muscles, but joints and tendons all feel very fatigued.  Feet, ankles, and knees especially.  This started to build last week but it seems that yesterday's rest did nothing.  Last week I was debating on taking this week easy and it looks like that's what I will do.  Today was a test run, and my legs didn't pass.  Probably shoot for around 45 miles this week and then hit it hard again the first week in March.  This is okay though, because I've got until around June before I want to run another marathon, so I'm in no rush considering what I've been able to get done to date.  Better to remain injury free and take a 20 mile cut for one week than to get hurt and be able to do little to nothing for 2 weeks or a month.  I'm already at 60 miles per week, so I'm not complaining.

Easy run.  No sweat.  Legs felt better than yesterday, but still tired.

Skipped yesterday because of homework, and was barely even able to find time to get out today.  Even that took a stroke of good luck.  But anyway, I did get out and after a mile or so I just thought "Hey, why don't I push the pace a little bit, since I can't go long anyway." So I pushed it to about CV pace for about 3.5 miles.  Felt nice.  Cooled back down the last mile and called it a day.

Easy pace.  Nothing special.  Didn't get much sleep last night, as I was up until 2 AM doing physics homework.  Yeah for school!

Just got out and ran through my run without much thought.  Pushed some sections a little, but mostly did not push it at all.  Just resting this week.
