Was going to go longer today (like 10 or so) but my legs just were not feeling it.  Probably still trashed from Tuesday and I figured between that and the 5k on Saturday I might be risking injury if I tried pushing too hard so I called it quits early.

I'll probably pass this time. I need some sleep and I'm probably not going to run all that far tomorrow morning. Sometime next week I'd be glad to again though.

Are you interested in the Sat morning run?

I'm actually running a 5k down in Pleasant Grove that morning so probably not. I'll probably be up for a morning run anytime the first half of next week though.

Good luck at your race.

thanks...I'm just gonna see what I can do. I think the last 5k I did was TOU last year. And the last good one I had was in the first part of August of last year for the Wash. Co. Fair. We'll see what I've got. I just want to get into the habit of racing so it's not such a shock anymore.
